BitMart ends platform operations on January 31, 2027: withdraw now, before the queue gets longer
Deadline: 31 January 2027 · operations cease 15:59 UTC; recommended withdrawal window ended 26 Aug 2026 (105 days left) After 31 Jan 2027 15:59 UTC: BitMart says users can still log in for a specified period to view records and submit withdrawal requests under the procedures in force at the time. Checked against the official sources below on 18 October 2026.
BitMart announced an orderly wind-down on 26 July 2026. Deposits and new orders were suspended that day, and all spot and futures trading stopped on 26 August 2026 at 01:00 UTC. BitMart plans to cease trading-platform operations at 15:59 UTC on 31 January 2027. Withdrawals remain available but can be subject to KYC, source-of-funds, address-ownership, Travel Rule and sanctions reviews, and requests made after BitMart's recommended window go to a dedicated (slower) processing procedure.
1. The official route
Log in only through bitmart.com or the official app and review every balance, including Earn, staking, lending and Launchpad, which are being redeemed in phases.
Complete or update identity verification (KYC) and security settings; BitMart may ask for proof of address, source of funds or wallet ownership.
Submit a withdrawal, carefully checking the network and destination address. Submit once; BitMart asks users not to send duplicate requests.
Download your balances and deposit, withdrawal and trade history for your records and taxes.
2. Things that catch people out
BitMart's own recommended withdrawal deadline (26 August 2026, 05:00 UTC) has already passed. Requests now go through a dedicated processing procedure, so expect delays and start today rather than in January.
Submitting a withdrawal does not mean review is complete or that it has been broadcast; check your withdrawal history.
BitMart says it never charges "expedited processing" or "unfreezing" fees and never contacts users via Telegram, WhatsApp or WeChat. Anyone offering faster withdrawals for a fee is a scammer.

3. Moving funds onward
If you want USDT to land somewhere other than BNB Chain (for example USDC on Base), you can request a Relay deposit address for USDT on BNB Chain below and use it as the BitMart withdrawal address. Use your own wallet as the refund address and test a small amount first. Withdrawing straight to your own wallet is the simplest option.
