Non-custodial: the fast-exit box requests quotes from Relay (relay.link) in your browser. You sign transactions in your own wallet or send funds to a Relay deposit address. Relay executes the transfer under its own terms. We never hold funds or keys.
Fees: a 0.2% app fee is included in each fast-exit quote and collected by Relay for Quietwork Labs. Fees are final once a transfer executes. We offer no refunds and no custom work. Relay's own refund mechanism (returning a failed deposit to your refund address) is Relay's protocol, not a refund from us.
