Zignaly closes on December 1, 2026: withdraw your balance (USDT on BNB Smart Chain)

Zignaly is closing. New sign-ups and investments stopped on 15 October 2026 and trading services and Z-Indexes closed on 16 October, returning funds to users' Zignaly balances. The last day to request a Private Credit withdrawal is 1 November 2026 (funds take up to a month to return), and the last day to withdraw is 1 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC, after which the app closes. Withdrawals are USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20).
1. The official route
Log in at app.zignaly.com → profile menu → My Balances → minus button next to USDT (Withdraw).
Paste a USDT address on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) that you control. Funds sent to another network may not be recoverable.
Private Credit investors: request the withdrawal in My Portfolio by 1 November 2026; the funds reach your balance within a month, then withdraw them as above.
Export your transaction history (My Balances → Transaction History → Export All) before 1 December.
2. Things that catch people out
Withdrawals of 10,000 USDT or more need an identity check with Zignaly support, so start large withdrawals early.
Changing password or 2FA pauses withdrawals for 24 hours.
Zignaly will never ask for your password, keys or a payment to "unlock" funds.

3. Moving funds onward
If you want the USDT to arrive somewhere other than BNB Chain (for example USDC on Base), you can request a Relay deposit address for USDT on BNB Chain below and use it as the withdrawal address. Use your own BNB Chain wallet as the refund address, and send a small test first. Withdrawing to your own BEP20 wallet is the simplest option.
